Co-ed Tumbling

6 years & up

This 50 minute instructional class is for boys and girls who just want to tumble. No bars, no beam, no vault. Through drills and our wonderful instructors, students will use our wide variety of training aids to learn proper techniques to master their basic skills and beyond! This is a great class for dancers, martial artists, divers, cheerleaders or anyone who wants to learn and practice their skills and passes for their routines or just flip on the beach!

There is no skill requirement for our Beginner Tumbling classes.

The Intermediate/Advanced Tumblers must be able to execute a standing back handspring and a round-off back handspring consistently, without a spot.
