Girls & Boys Instructional Gymnastics

Our 50 minute instructional classes are designed to teach gymnastics in a safe and fun learning environment. We tailor our classes to the needs of your child. Each gymnast will be taught skills and progressions that are appropriate for their development. Each week, students will work on strength, flexibility, listening skills and a whole lot of gymnastics. Girls will work on the four Olympic events, balance beam, floor exercise, uneven bars, and vault. Boys will work on parallel bars, rings, pommel horse, high bar, floor exercise, and vault. All of them will also use our Air-Trac, Tumbl-Trak, and our many training aids.
