Gymnastics for your Preschooler (3 & 4 years)

This 45 minute class is full of fun and excitement. Your child will work on basic gymnastics skills using equipment that is made for their little hands and feet. This class is designed to make children feel like they are playing while they learn and get exercise. Each week, creative obstacle courses are set up for your child that may include climbing “mountains,” rolling hills, monkey bars, and balance beams. They will be practicing class etiquette skills such as listening to the teacher and following in a line. They will continue to work on their motor skills and coordination while having fun and developing self-esteem.
